Terms of Service

ZIVO tells you where a game can be watched and links you to that service. ZIVO doesn't host, stream, or play video, and it isn't a broadcaster, a streaming service, or a reseller of subscriptions. ZIVO is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, broadcaster, or streaming service it lists, unless we say so. Their names and logos belong to their owners.

Sports rights change often and depend on where you are. ZIVO builds its answers from public data and source-cited rules, resolves availability at country level, and labels an answer market-dependent when it depends on a finer market. We work to keep answers accurate, but we don't guarantee that a game will be available on any service, in your area, or on your plan. Check with the service before you subscribe or rely on it to watch a game.

A service you save in ZIVO only records that you told us you use it. ZIVO doesn't know whether you're subscribed to it.

Links in ZIVO take you to services we don't control. Your use of those services, and any subscription you buy from them, is governed by their own terms and policies. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or blackout rules.

You can use much of the Service without an account. If you create one, give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account from Profile › Account, as described in the privacy policy.

You can connect ZIVO to an AI assistant through ZIVO's MCP server. When you connect your ZIVO account, the assistant can only do what you approved on ZIVO's consent screen. The assistant's provider, not ZIVO, is responsible for how the assistant uses and presents ZIVO's answers, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to your conversations with it. You can disconnect ZIVO from the assistant at any time.

Don't use the Service to:

• Break the law or anyone else's rights.
• Get around a blackout, a geographic restriction, or a streaming service's terms, or to find or share unlicensed streams.
• Overload, disrupt, or probe the Service, its API, or its MCP server, including by automated access at a volume that degrades it for others.
• Copy or resell the Service's data in bulk, or access another person's account without permission.

We may limit, suspend, or end access to the Service, including through the MCP server, if it's used in a way that breaks these terms or puts the Service at risk.

The Service is free and provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, ZIVO isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss that comes from relying on an availability answer, a third-party service, or a missed game. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

We may update these terms as the Service changes. When we do, we'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
